The flag poles are constructed of a strong but flexible Carbon Composite material that is superior to other poles that have an aluminum base.
What materials are your rectangle flags made of?
Our custom-made flags are made of high-quality polyester-nylon material. These flags are printed using a process known as dye-sublimation, which causes the colors to sink deep into the flag fabric so it will be more vibrant and colorful. The flag poles are made of a strong but flexible carbon composite material, making them superior to aluminum-based flag poles.
How large or how small can my custom rectangle flag be?
Our rectangle flags are available in three size options:
7 Foot Flags - 29” W x 60.75” H
10 Foot Flags - 29” W x 92.25” H
14.5 Foot Flags - 29.5” W x 148.75” H

If I order a single-sided rectangle flag, will the image show up on the other side?
Yes, when you order your rectangle flag as a single-sided print only the other side of your flag will have a mirrored version of the image.
Do you offer double-sided rectangle flag banners?
Yes, you can order your rectangle flags to be either single or double-sided. The single-sided option will create an image on the back side of the flag, but the image will be reversed to mirror what is on the front side due to the dye sublimation process. If you would like to have readable text on both sides of your rectangle flag, the double-sided option will be what you need.
Do your rectangle flags have a matte or glossy finish?
Our custom rectangle flags are made with a matte finish. If you would like a glossier signage option, our custom vinyl banners have an option for glossiness.
What is the lifespan of your rectangle flags?
With proper care and installation, our custom-made rectangle flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We do however recommend that you take your flag down and store indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do your rectangle flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our rectangle flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a rectangle flags that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new rectangle flags.
Will the color of my rectangle flag be faded by the sun?
Yes, with anything placed in the sun for a prolonged period of time, the color on your outdoor flag will fade eventually over time. But our rectangle flags and custom banners are all printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process. Meaning the ink is absorbed through the fabric, so it will take a lot longer to fade the colors of our flags.

What’s the difference between a standard 3 x 5 flag and a rectangle flag?
A standard 3x5 flag is similar to a US flag or a state flag, it is rectangular in shape and measures 3 feet high by 5 feet wide, and is commonly attached to a flag pole for display. Rectangle flags are a bit different as they require hardware to display them. Thus sometimes they are referred to as rectangle banner flags or rectangle flag displays to help people differentiate between the two. They are commonly used for advertising along roadsides or in front of businesses as they display your full image regardless of it being windy or not, making them a great promotional or advertising flag option.

Can I wash my custom rectangle flags?
Yes, since our custom rectangle flags are heat cured, the ink is set into the fabric, making it machine-washable. If you are ever in need of washing your rectangle flag, we recommend washing it on a light cycle with cold water. You can use detergent if you want, but do not use any detergent that includes bleach as this will ruin your rectangle flag.
For drying we recommend air drying the flag.
How do I assemble my rectangle flag?
Our rectangle flags are assembled just like all our other banner flag displays. Start by taking the thin metal rods and inserting them in ascending order from smallest to largest. Make sure to take care when inserting them as the material can rip if the rod is inserted too forcefully. Then, take your metal holding stake and pound it into the ground. Take your rectangle flag, put it onto the holding stake, and then you should have a durable and vibrant rectangle banner flag on display for all.
