School dances, graduations and concerts can also use banners. School Banners are a great way for cities and towns to support their local schools and to show their school spirit. Not only are banners great for communication, but banners can be the most cost effective way for you to advertise your schools events to the public, family and friends.

Vinyl Banner Material
All full color banners are printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl. 13 oz vinyl is rated for both indoor and outdoor use. Outdoor banners can last several years with proper handling, installation and storage.
Full color vinyl banners are digitally printed up to 16 feet by 50 feet without seams. Exact sizes cannot be guaranteed as banners can fluctuate up to 1/2 inch per linear foot.

Artwork Specs
Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.
Vinyl Banner Production Times
Once your order is approved and payment is received standard production time is 2 business days. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production. After your banner is finished with production it will be shipped via UPS.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.
Shipping Information
All banners ship UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Payment
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.
