Five Customizable Banner Materials
Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Our high-quality 13oz gloss vinyl banner material has a high shine to it that produces vibrant, crisp colors and graphics to give it a high end look.

Our extra heavy duty matte 18oz vinyl banner material is our toughest material. It has a low luster, blockout coating for extra durability and print quality.

Made with 8oz PVC polyester mesh material that has a criss crossed breathable scrim that allows a 37% airflow. Mesh Banners are ideal for outdoor and windy conditions.

Made with a premium nylon/polyester blend material called Banner Soft. This fabric is ideal for indoor displays and has a low shine that produces a high end look and feel.

| Adhesive Banners |
Standard Tack Vinyl: Standard tack vinyl can be used both indoors and outdoors, with an outdoor lifespan of 3 to 5 years when properly installed and maintained.
Extreme Tack Vinyl: Extreme Tack vinyl is white calendered vinyl material with a high tack adhesive that is specifically designed to adhere to low energy surfaces.

| Is a one inch fold, heat welded hem with grommets typically added every 2 -4 feet. |
A thick weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcement. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleeve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Heat Welded Hems & Grommets
Hems consist of one inch of the vinyl banner material folded over to the backside of the banner and heated together to form a clean and strong one-inch hem. We recommend having hems for all banners to increase the strength and durability of the banner.
You will have the following options when selecting hems and grommets for your banners:
| Top and Bottom Only Hems - This is our standard finishing option for vinyl banners. The top and bottom of every banner will be heat welded and grommeted. |
All Four Sides Hems - This is another common finishing option for vinyl banners. All 4 sides of the banner will be heat welded and grommeted. |

Pole Pockets
Pole pockets consist of 2 inches, 3 inches, or 4 inches of material wrapped around the sides, top or bottom of the banner. The vinyl banner material is folded over the back side of the banner similar to hems, but there is room for a pole or rod to go through the pocket.
You will have the following pole pocket finishing options for your banners:
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
Reinforced Corners
Reinforced corners provide extra strength for the banner. The corners have a reinforced hem and are grommeted to each corner of the banner. You can not have reinforced corners with pole pockets.
Reinforced Hems
Reinforced hems are a 1 3/16" PVC coated webbing which increases the strength of the banner. The vinyl banner is cut to size and the reinforcements are heat welded to the backside of the banner.
We recommend having reinforced hems and reinforced corners on banners over 32 square feet that will be used outdoors or if the banner will be used in a high-wind environment.
**You can not have reinforced hems with pole pockets.
Double-Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish double-sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.

The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

What material can I get my advertising signs in?
You can get your custom banner on 13 oz. vinyl, 18 oz vinyl, mesh, or fabric material.
What sizes can I get my advertising banners in?
If you require a large vinyl banner. Our 13-oz. banners can be printed seamlessly up to 16’ x 50’. While our 18-oz. vinyl banners have a max print width of 8’ x 50’.
What is the best way to hang my banner?
We strongly recommend using and ordering ball bungees with your grommeted banner. The bungees are designed to securely hang advertising signs and banners in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Can you reuse advertisement signs?
Yes, just make sure you are storing your banner properly. When your custom vinyl banner is not being used, make sure that you roll the banner up. Keep the printed side out when you roll the banner to protect the inks.
To prevent the banner from bending, you should keep the box it was shipped in and store it in there. You should also keep your banner out of extreme heat. Avoid windows or other direct sunlight.
Can I use my banner for outdoor advertising?
Yes! Our durable vinyl and mesh materials are designed for outdoor banner advertising. If you need a long-lasting option for outdoor use, we recommend our 18-oz. heavy-duty vinyl or mesh banners, which can withstand wind and weather conditions.
How do I choose the right business advertising signs?
The best advertising signage depends on where and how you plan to use it. If you need a durable option for outdoor promotions, our 13-oz. and 18-oz. vinyl banners are weather-resistant and long-lasting.
