Frequently Asked Questions Return to Top
What are some common uses for text only banners?
One of the most common uses is for advertising garage sales with information and dates like Monday-Friday or 8-4pm. A vinyl banner is larger and easier to see than a vinyl sign and will draw more attention to events.
People also use text banners for business matters, like new management, help wanted signage, going out of business, or for sale signage.
What is the smallest sized text only banner that I can order?
We offer 30 sizes and the smallest is 1 foot by 1 foot
Do you offer double sided banners?
To keep the cost down, our text only banners are only offered single-sided. However, we do offer full-color double-sided banners in a variety of materials.
Do your banners have a glossy or matte finish?
Our text-only option is only available in premium 13-oz matte vinyl.
Are your custom banners printed in full color?
Yes! All of our banners are available in full CMYK color. Try one of our mesh banners or fabric banners for more colorful banner additions.
How do I properly store my vinyl banner?
When the banner is not being used, roll it up and store it in a dry, cool location. Keep the printed side out to preserve the inks.
To prevent the banner from bending, you should keep the box it was shipped in and store it in there. You should also keep your banner out of extreme heat. Avoid windows or other direct sunlight.
How do I clean my banner?
Your text only vinyl banner might require occasional cleaning. If you are going to wash your vinyl banner, use lukewarm water. You can add dish soap to the water.
Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials like power washers and brushes. You should only use soft towels to avoid scratching the banner and ruining the prints.
How do I remove wrinkles from my vinyl banner?
After receiving your vinyl banner, you may notice it has some creases or wrinkles. This is due to it being rolled up and stored for shipping. If you wish to get rid of these unsightly wrinkles from your custom vinyl banner, we recommend two options.
The first and least hands-on approach is to simply unroll your vinyl banners and place them in the hot sun for a few hours and the wrinkles should come out.
The second option is using a clothing steamer with a refillable water tank. Simply just use the steamer much like you would with a piece of clothing and this steamer should take the wrinkles right out!
