Our banners are available in many material options, but the most common are our 13-oz. scrim vinyl as well as our fabric material. We offer three cut options: pennant, swallowtail and square. Championship Banners are most commmonly printed on high-quality 13oz scrim vinyl banner material or 18 oz Extra Heavy Duty Scrim Vinyl Material. But they are also available in our premium banner soft fabric material if you are looking for more of high end look and feel for indoor use only. The scrim vinyl is a woven fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength and the banner soft fabric is a low shine fire rated material.
You can choose from these different material options:
• 13 oz. Premium Matte
• 13 oz. Premium Gloss
• 18 oz. Extra Heavy Duty Matte
• Fabric (NFPS-701 Certified Fire Rated Fabric Material)
Championship banners are digitally-printed in full color. You can select to upload your own artwork or have one of our professional graphic designers assist you with your artwork.
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

3 Business Days Standard:
This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

5 Business Days Saver:

All championship banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

- What are your championship banners made from?

Our sports banners are made from 13-oz. premium glossy vinyl, 13-oz.premium matte vinyl, or 18-oz. heavy-duty matte vinyl or fabric (NFPS-701 Certified Fire Rated Fabric Material).
- What is the best material choice for my championship banner?
-
The best material for your banner depends on where you intend to use it: indoors or outdoors.
For indoor use in a gym or athletic field house, we recommend 13-oz. premium matte vinyl; or fabric. With less shine than gloss, a matte banner or fabric banner will display your championship accomplishments like elegant velvet. This regal effect won’t distract from other sports events, just subtly remind the crowd that you’re already winners.
For outdoor use, we recommend 18-oz. Heavy-duty matte vinyl. It is designed with a UV and weather-resistant laminate. So, if you need a banner for your outdoor track for example, then this would be the best option.
You could also complete the track & field scene with a custom mesh banner—they work perfectly in windy environments.
- What cuts are your banners offered in?

Pennant, swallowtail, and square are the three cut options we offer. Pennant is the typical championship cut that you might see at a Major League Baseball stadium. Swallowtail, affectionately named after the shape of butterfly wings, works well for lettering or simple designs. Square cut is versatile and excellent for listing victories or rankings with corresponding dates.
- Do you offer double-sided championship banners?

No, at this time we do not offer a double-sided championship banner. We do offer other custom vinyl banner products with a double-sided option. Feel free to contact customer service with questions about custom quotes.
- Do you offer mini-banners?

We do not offer a “mini-banner” per se, but the smallest-sized championship banner we offer is one foot by one foot.
- What colors are available for my banner?

All of our banners are precision printed in beautiful full CMYK color. If you need a custom color match, then our friendly and knowledgeable customer service reps are happy to help!
