Feather flags are printed using a direct dye sublimation printing process that puts the ink right through the fabric to create a beautiful display. The pole hardware is constructed of a strong, but flexible Carbon Composite material. The pole hardware is covered by a one year warranty with proper installation and care.
Custom flags are typically used for grand openings, sales, open houses, and business events.These full color flags can be used indoors or outdoors. Use them to get more foot traffic, or to reinforce your branding. They can be printed either single-reverse or double-sided.

Feather flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process on our flag material. Direct dye-sublimation printing means that the ink goes through the material instead of just sitting on top of the material.
Choose from the following finishing options for feather flags:

Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to design your own feather flags, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we send the order into production.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

The 7 ft. feather flag is the shortest size for this stylish flag type. The largest available size is actually 17 feet tall!
Do you provide feather flag templates?
Yes, each flag type and size has a template for you to use. Simply download the template, add your artwork and then upload it back to the website. A professional graphic designer will make sure it is print ready and looks great!
Does my feather flag come with pole hardware?
Yes! All flags are equipped with sturdy carbon composite flag poles.
Can I order a replacement flag?
If your hardware is still good and you just need to update your graphics, then choose the "No - Flag Only" option from the Pole hardware dopdown menu.
How long will my flag last outdoors?
Your flag has an estimated outdoor longevity of 3-6 months. This lifespan is dependent upon proper care and installation.
