Tear Drop Flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process on our flag material. Direct dye-sublimation printing means that the ink goes through the material instead of just sitting on top of the material.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
There are several different types of bases available for your flag(s):
Heavy Duty Cross Foot Base
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you woudl like to design your own Tear Drop Flag, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we send the order into production.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

What is the lifespan of these flags?
With proper care and installation, teardrop flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We recommend that you take your flag down and store it indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do teardrop flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our 15 foot Teardrop flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new flag.
Can my flag be double-sided?
Yes, it can be either single or double-sided. Please note that due to the dye sublimation printing process, the single-sided option will mirror what has been printed on the front. If you want your text to be readable on both sides of your flag, then select the double-sided option.
Can I order just the flag?
Yes! In the design box under the Pole hardware dropdown menu, choose the “No - (Flag Only” option.
What is the tallest teardrop flag I can order?
This option, the 15-foot flag, is the tallest of the four sizes that we offer.
