Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your custom fabric banner order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your cloth banners are color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
2 Business Days Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery. Please visit our shipping page for more information about our fabric banner shipping times.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

Pole Pockets
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
Pole Pocket Size Options
2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole.
3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.
4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
Sustainability
BannerSoft material is also sustainably sourced with a sound and go-green mind. This material uses about 12 gallons of water in manufacturing — and leaves almost no wastewater behind. This stands in stark contrast to the production of a 100 yard roll of comparable material, which consumes a substantial 125 gallons of water during production.

What other banner products do you offer?

How large can my banner be printed?
These banners can be printed seamlessly up to 16” x 50”.
Do these banners come in gloss or matte finish?
Banners are available in a glossy or matte finish. Glossy is great for high shine presentations, while matte is good for indoor projects.
Are pole pockets an option?
Yes, you can order your banner with pole pockets on the top and bottom, left and right, and all sides. The pocket finishing option is ideal for parades and floats.
What is the minimum order amount?
You may order one single banner or thousands. There is a bulk discount, so keep that in mind.
