We print these flags on premium fabric material using dye-sublimation. This printing process cures the ink directly into the fabric creating long-lasting colors. That way, you may use this decoration over and over again.

All flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process. This means the ink dyes the fabric rather than sitting on top of the material. This allows the flag material to act in its natural state rather than being weighed down or made more rigid with ink adhered ot the surface. This is an important factor while looking for properly manufactured flags.
The dye-sublimation printing process creates an eye-popping display. You can add full-color images, custom logos, graphics and text to your flag.
** Our fabric flags are a polyester-nylon blend. they are NOT the same material as a standard U.S. flag**
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
What is the lifespan of your 3x5 flags?
With proper care and installation, our custom made 3x5 flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We do however recommend that you take your flag down and store indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do your 3x5 flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our standard flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a standard 3x5 flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new 3x5 flag.
Flag Options
Single / Reverse
These flags are printed on a single layer of material. This allows the ink to fully permeate the material, causing a reverse image on the back.
This means, when the flag is flipped, the artwork will appear reversed.
Double Sided
These flags are printed on two separate layers, with a blockout liner between.
This means that any wording and/or images will always be seen in the same orientation.
Finishing
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
2 Business Days Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

3 Business Days Standard:
This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog..
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

What materials are these flags made of?
These products are printed on a durable polyester-nylon blend fabric. It is not the same as the material used for the US flag.
Can I add photos to the flag?
Yes, using our design tool, you can upload artwork and photographs. We print these flags in full color, so graphics will look vibrant and realistic.
Can I get design assistance?
Yes. To work with a professional graphic designer select “Professional designer” from the design method options.
Do you offer double-sided flag printing?
We offer single-reverse and double-sided options. Keep in mind that single-reverse means the back side of the flag will be a reversal of what is printed on the front. So, if you need your text to be readable from both sides, then choose the double-sided option.
