Due to the latest shipping regulations, all vinyl banners that exceed 8 feet in both directions will be folded for shipping. If you do not want your banners folded, please contact us to get a custom freight quote.
The mesh vinyl material is on 8 oz PVC polyester with a 37% air-flow. There are crisscrossed fibers which create a printable surface. You can see through this material to some extent, but you can still see the printed graphic.
Most commonly used outdoors such as a displayed at a construction site or ball field fences. We can print full-color images and text, while also printing graphics and logos.

| Is a one inch fold, heat welded hem with grommets typically added every 2 -4 feet. |
A thick weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcment. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Pole Pocket Finishing Options
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
2 Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish 2 sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.

We do not recommend wind slits in banners, therefore we do not offer them. For more information as to why, visit our wind slit banner page.
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps— with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

What is mesh material?
This vinyl material is technically a 8 oz PVC polyester with an above ice 37% air-flow. There are criss-cross fibers that create the printable surface. You can see through this material to some degree, but you’ll still see the printed graphic.
Are ice logo banners printed in full color?
Yes, all of our banner products are printed in full CMYK color.
What are the benefits of this product versus ice paint?
Ice paint requires stencils to create the graphic. This is great for simple designs, but not so much for more intricate graphics. Whereas mesh material can print more detailed images and logos and is also reusable.
What is the largest size mesh banner I can order?
The maximum print size for this material is 16” x 50”.
Can I use my banner more than once?
Yes, one of the best features about under ice banners is that they are reusable — with proper maintenance and installation.
